Cause there´s dirt on my skirt and pebbles stuck in my toes oh which way should we go down nobody knows nobody knows I´m gonna race you back home

I did not want this weekend to end & I was not ready for Monday. My Easter was filled with going to see my Dad at a roping, where I wore my new cowboy boots. Yes, I felt very legit. These are my first pair of boots since I was probably 12. I found them in a thrift store in Denton for $1.50! Yes, a complete steal! Now I just have to figure out how to wera them without looking like a typical Texas girl.

Sunday, Shea & I spent all day with my family in Dallas going to eat and to the Dallas Arboretum. It rained on everyone there, so we were all soaked! But it didn't matter, we still enjoyed looking at all the flowers & playing with each other. It was interesting to see the people that took cover and then the people that decided to embrace the rain & run in the grass with their friends or kids. Later, I helped my sis-in-law Ky make a happy birthday sign for my nieces 1st birthday next week. We were very proud of our craftiness. We had crafts & cupcakes together! I made it back home and just had enough time to get a project done that was due today.
Now on with the week & to see where it leads me.
